Difference between Core2Duo and dual core..Did you know??

In Brief : Those who don't know the difference between core2duo and dual core :

• Core2duo is a brand of Intel just like Pentium D or Pentium 4
• Both Core2duo and Pentium D processors are dual core
• It's just that Core2duo processor has a different arhitecture than Pentium D and even the lower end Core2duo processors are faster than higher end Pentium D
• So if its dual core, it could be Core2duo or Pentium D or any other dual core processor
• Core2Duo processors are fasterthan Pentium D ones and hence better.
